Scope: This summarizes Blueprint's product page, its posted certificate of analysis and Bryan Johnson's published protocol. We have not tested the product ourselves. It is not medical advice.

What the lab report measured

Blueprint posts a certificate of analysis for each product. The Longevity Mix report on its site covers a lot made in December 2025 and tested by Certified Group, with a report dated January 29, 2026. Per 14.8 g scoop it measured 2,500 mg of creatine, 2,390 mg of CaAKG, 1,513 mg of taurine and at least 1,254 mg of glycine, each at or above the label amount. Lead, cadmium and mercury were below the detection limit (under 0.001 ppm), and arsenic was 0.065 ppm. The report covers that one lot, so a tub you buy today may come from a different batch.

How Bryan Johnson takes it

His January 2026 protocol starts the day at 5:25 AM with an 8 oz drink of 1 scoop of Longevity Mix, 5 g of added creatine (the mix already has 2.5 g, for 7.5 g total) and a microbiome mix of ½ tsp of galactooligosaccharides (GOS), 1 tsp of inulin and 1 tsp of arabinogalactan. He has it before his workout and before his 5:35 AM breakfast. Blueprint's own directions are simpler: 1 scoop in a cup of water in the morning, with food, and Blueprint suggests pairing it with Essential Capsules.

Building the rest of his drink

The protocol names the three prebiotics by ingredient, not by brand. If you want to copy the drink, any plain inulin, GOS and arabinogalactan powder fits the description. The products linked below are our picks for those ingredients, not ones Bryan Johnson names. The extra 5 g of creatine is linked in his protocol to Blueprint Creatine.

What to count if you take other supplements

A scoop adds 2.5 g of creatine, 400 mg of calcium, 150 mg of magnesium and 250 mg of vitamin C. If you already take creatine, a calcium or magnesium supplement, or a multivitamin, add these amounts to what you take now rather than assuming the mix replaces them.

Price per day

Blueprint's store listed a 30-serving tub at $49 when we checked in October 2026, or $46.55 on autoship. That is about $1.55 to $1.63 a day at one scoop. Amazon's price for the same tub is shown on the product card below.

What the sources do not show

Blueprint's benefit claims for the mix are its own and have not been evaluated by the FDA. These sources do not include a trial of Longevity Mix itself, and one person's protocol is not evidence that the same drink suits anyone else.
