How to make it

Put every base ingredient in a blender and blend on high for about two minutes, until it turns foamy. Pour it into a bowl and add the toppings. Less nut milk gives a thicker pudding.

Which ingredients are brand-specific

Only the toppings name Blueprint products. The base names ingredients, not brands, so any plain macadamias, unsweetened nut milk and sunflower lecithin fit the recipe. The macadamia, nut milk and lecithin products linked on this page are our picks, not ones the recipe names.

The recipe gives no calories, macros or serving size, so we have not estimated them. It is one person's dessert, not a meal plan tested for anyone else.
