Bryan Johnson's Health Tests: NAD Test, Glucose Monitor and Blood Panel at Home (2026)

By ProtocolPicksPublished

What Bryan Johnson's protocol says to measure and how often, the Blueprint blood panel built on his testing, and the at-home NAD test and glucose monitor you can buy on Amazon, with what each one tells you. Scope: This summarizes his protocol, his posts and seller pages. Home tests are not a diagnosis. It is not medical advice; talk to a clinician about results.

What the sources show

What his protocol says to measure

The routine measurement list in his January 2026 protocol includes: A blood draw every 3-6 monthsContinuous blood glucose monitoringA full-body MRI once a year if you are over 40 or have a family history of high riskA mole check, eye exam and dentist visits on a regular schedule His daily routine also starts with a body composition measurement, and his clean water section says he tests his water with SimpleLab. Our wearable and smart scale guide and our water filter guide cover those two.

Blood work: Blueprint's biomarker panel

The protocol's list of things you may want points to Blueprint's own blood biomarker testing. The page now sits on Immortals, a Blueprint site, and lists it at $365 a year for two rounds of testing, with 100+ biomarkers in the baseline blood and urine test and a retest at 6 months. It says it is HSA/FSA eligible with results in about a week. Athletech News reported in April 2026 that draws happen at Quest Diagnostics and that it is US-only and not offered in Arizona, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York or Rhode Island. It is sold by Bryan Johnson's company, not on Amazon.

Glucose: an over-the-counter CGM

His protocol lists continuous glucose monitoring, and he has shared his own CGM readings in a short video. Neither names the device. The Dexcom Stelo ($98.88 on Amazon when we checked in October 2026) is an over-the-counter glucose biosensor; the pack has two sensors that last up to 15 days each, so about a month of data. It is for adults 18 and older who do not use insulin. Its Amazon rating is mixed, 3.0 out of 5 from about 4,900 reviews. Use a month of readings to test meal timing, exercise and sleep changes rather than reacting to each spike. It is not confirmed as his device.

NAD: the Jinfiniti test he posted

In April 2023 he posted his NAD levels from a Jinfiniti test when comparing NR and NMN, and his earlier protocol suggested testing with Jinfiniti to personalize the dose. His April 2026 morning routine lists NMN 500 mg. His 2026 protocol does not list an NAD test. The Jinfiniti Intracellular NAD Test ($198.00 on Amazon when we checked in October 2026) is a finger-prick blood card you mail to a CLIA-certified lab. Each kit is one test, so checking whether a supplement changes your level means a test before you start and another a few weeks later.

What the sources do not show

The biomarker panel is sold by his company, and the Immortals page's claims of the lowest price per test are its own comparison. None of the sources checks the accuracy of a home test against a clinic test. A glucose curve or an NAD number is not a diagnosis, so take results that worry you to a clinician.
