The vitamins and minerals

The same two capsules list vitamin D 50 mcg (2,000 IU), vitamin E 67 mg, thiamin 1.1 mg, riboflavin 1.4 mg, niacin (as niacinamide) 15 mg, vitamin B6 1.4 mg, folate (as methylfolate) 200 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 125 mcg, biotin 50 mcg, pantothenic acid 6 mg, calcium 50 mg, iodine 200 mcg, zinc 15 mg, selenium 28 mcg and manganese 1 mg. The panel lists no vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K or magnesium, so it is not a complete multivitamin on its own.

Watch the NR if you add a separate NAD supplement

Essential Capsules already contain 300 mg of NR, the same amount as one capsule of a 300 mg NR supplement such as Tru Niagen. His protocol lists NR (450 mg) or NMN (500 mg) as a separate line from the Essential Capsules. If you stack a separate NR product on top, add both amounts together.

Price per day

Blueprint's store listed a 30-day bottle at $49 when we checked in October 2026, or $46.55 on autoship, which is $1.55 to $1.63 a day. Blueprint updated this product page in January 2026. Before buying from any seller, compare the supplement facts image in the listing with the panel above to make sure you are getting the same formula.

What the sources do not show

Blueprint's benefit claims are its own and have not been evaluated by the FDA. The sources do not include a trial of this combination. Because the capsules include lithium and 200 mcg of iodine, they are worth reviewing with a clinician if you take medication or have a thyroid condition.
